Gaggenau London

Historic architecture frames contemporary kitchen culture

London’s evolving heritage finds a contemporary expression in this flagship overlooking Portman Square. Exposed columns reveal the building’s past, while surfaces inspired by Portland stone echo the city beyond. English kitchen traditions inform contemporary cabinetry, with appliances integrated into the architecture or presented as sculptural objects. Across two floors, kitchen and living settings unfold around spaces for hospitality, with the chefs table inviting guests to gather over cooking and conversation.
