Black Forest magic transforms warehouse in Downtown LA
On the 11th ﬂoor of a Downtown LA warehouse, a second edition of this pop-up restaurant was installed, honouring Gaggenau’s 333rd anniversary. A team run by three-Michelin-starred chef Daniel Humm crafted culinary dishes amid a snowy forest ﬂooded in moonlight. Seated at stations inspired by timber-frame houses, guests watched the chefs at work.
